The entire flow of the event was orchestrated through Meccanismi: upon arrival, each participant picked up his or her accreditation at the accreditation desk, where a team of hostesses and stewards, specially trained by the event organizer, handed out name badges equipped with a chip containing the user’s registration information. The chip embedded in the badges allowed for a efficient management and in real time of access. At the main gate, attendees had their badges scanned, allowing accurate tracking of who picked up their accreditation and entered the event.
Upon reaching the main atrium, participants were able to direct their way to the companies’ booths, or to the area dedicated to presentations and talks.
